Return Policy

B & P Ice Machines is about customer service and in doing so we want our customer to know our return policy:

• No return on special orders
• No restocking charge if equipment is in original packaging and has not been run. After 30 days no return.
• Parts - Return parts are to be in original packaging / 30 days. After 30 days no return.
• No return on electrical parts.
